The Grocery Challenge

"...nothing is too much trouble if it turns out the way it should."
Julia Child, My Life in France

1. Decide if you want to do this project virtually or in person.

2. Decide if you will purchase the products from the grocery store, or if you want to pretend shop. And if you are able to cook the recipes as described in Project 2.

The Cooking Challenge

“To eat is a necessity, to eat intelligently is an art.”
La Rochefoucauld

If, in the Grocery Challenge, you purchased ingredients at the store (that you practiced shopping at), you can use them for this project. If you were unable to purchase the fixings for that recipe, try to find a different recipe using ingredients you already have at home.

Note: If you don't live in a home that is supportive of this project, consider asking a teacher, counselor or a group of friends to make it happen.

However, we find the site extremely 'smart' and would like you to take a look - specifically at the Tools tab and the How To tab. He really breaks down the barriers of what many people find intimidating about a kitchen.
