An idea from a wonderful woman, from her dear friend: "Great idea given to me today as a way of goal setting. In it share all of the wonderful things that you have done, places you've gone, people you've seen, dreams that have come true. Be big and believe."

TIPS for BEING A FUN PERSON 1. RELAX! You may be worried about one or many things in your life, but if you are in a situation where you could have fun, let go of your worries and just relax for the time being. 2. DON'T BE JUDGMENTAL! Fun people don't break the mood by nitpicking what other people say, or stretching their simple, innocent point into a debate. 3. SAY YES! Say yes to new situations, ideas or invitations to try a new activity or go to a new place. (If its safe) 4. FIND THE HUMOR
