Leaders can lead in any situation - they are not always famous or wealthy.

 

Managers lead but not all managers are Leaders.

Most people have leadership skills but many do not have anyone to lead, or do not want to lead.

 

A true leader is Emotionally Intelligent 

 

Leaders guide themselves, and others, through a journey to reach a goal. They are able to evaluate the experiences from the journey and appreciate the small and large footprints it left for one person, or many.
